How do I order? To order from my Bigcartel site you will need to select your standard dress size, once your order is completed email us your measurements (see 'how to measure' page) and any requirements or requests on [email protected].

When should I expect to receive my order once I have made payment?

Because all designs are hand made from start to finish we aim for the turn around process to be between 7 to 14 working days plus delivery time please allow time according to destination.  Turn around can be shorter in less busy periods.

I need my order before the estimated turn around time? We can fast track orders at an added cost - simply email us at [email protected] with your request.

Can orders be modified or cancelled?  As all orders are made to your specific measurements and material is ordered on the same day as purchase orders can not be modified or cancelled.

refunds or exchanges?   Exchanges or refunds are not accepted as all orders are made to your specific measurements and material is ordered accordingly on same day of purchase so if you change your mind unfortunately a refund will not be issued.

What happens is my delivery if lost in the post? We post all orders 1st class. If you choose standard delivery we take no responsibility if parcels are lost in the post. You can request to have your parcel sent recorded signed for by contacting us on [email protected]

My order doesn't fit quite right?

On the off chance your order doesnt fit right, and since we can not make items bigger if you have given the incorrect measurements unfortunately there is nothing we can do but we are happy to amend any items that are too big free of charge as long as they are in there original condition and you or an external source haven't attempted to amend them yourselves. Just email us with a photo of the problem area and we will have it amended and back to you ASAP.

 Can i have a refund if I don't like my order as im unsure if it will suit me?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds because we make everything by hand from start to finish and to your specific measurements.Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled. Please make sure your certain on style and colour before ordering with us.
